Married - Wife, Patty, retired after a 30+-year banking career; children, Kara, a graduate from University of Missouri with a masters in education and DPT in physical therapy; and Chad, a graduate in 1998 from the University of Arkansas with a degree in architecture.

Girl Scout Cookies For Troops
Ron Richard supports the Girl Scouts and our Troops with his donation. Ilene Bates, CEO of the Girl Scout Council of the Ozark Area, writes:
"Your donation allows us to send 24 boxes overseas to our dedicated men and women who are courageously serving in the military.
"You are helping us bring a little bit of home to them while they serve so very far away. We are partnering with the Grand Lake Blue Star Mothers who are arranging the shipment of the cookies.
"This year cookies are being sent to our troop in honor ok Oklahoma native, Sgt. Justin Lee Noyes of the First Marine Division. He was killed in action June 2, 2006, while in the hot zone of Fallujah, Al Anbar Province, Iraq."
